법치주의 국가에서의 대통령은 법을 준수하고 헌법을 수호하는 의무를 진다. 하지만 윤석열 대통령은 그가 이끌어야 할 국가의 법과 헌법을 무시하고, 비상계엄을 선포하는 등 법치주의에 대한 심각한 도전을 해왔다. 이는 단순히 한 인물의 정치적 성향이나 판단의 차원이 아니다. 국가의 최고 지도자로서 법과 헌법을 지켜야 할 의무를 저버린 것에 대한 책임을 져야 한다는 점에서, 윤석열 대통령의 파면은 필수적인 조치로 여겨질 수밖에 없다.

In a rule of law, the president is obligated to abide by the law and protect the Constitution. However, President Yoon Suk Yeol has been seriously challenging the rule of law, declaring a martial law in defiance of the laws and constitutions of the state he should lead. This is more than just a person's political orientation or judgment. President Yoon Suk Yeol's dismissal is inevitably considered an essential step in that he is responsible for abandoning his duty to uphold the law and the Constitution as the supreme leader of the country.

President Yoon Suk Yeol threatened the democratic order of the country by declaring an emergency martial law. Emergency martial law is a serious legal measure that can drastically change the constitutional order of the country and limit the basic freedom and rights of the people. Nevertheless, the Yoon Suk Yeol used it rather against the Constitution and shook the democratic foundation of the country by ordering the arrest of members of the National Assembly. This violated Article 77, Paragraph 4 of the Constitution and showed an intention to paralyze the function of the National Assembly.

The failure of the emergency martial law clearly demonstrates how dangerous Yoon Suk Yeol's political judgment was, and how dangerous it could pose to attempt to mobilize the military to start a riot while ignoring democratic principles. The rule of law will be shaken to the ground if legal responsibility is not held for this.

Some argue that the forces opposing the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol are coordinating behind it. They are trying to destroy the constitutional order of the country for political purposes, an action that threatens the fundamental values of democracy and the rule of law. It is our mission to clearly identify their background and punish them with due legal punishment.

President Yoon Suk Yeol has lost the trust of the people. The emergency decree he declared failed, and the decline in national dignity and economic crisis were the result of his creation. In this situation, the dismissal of President Yoon Suk Yeol is no longer an option. It is not limited to just personal political matters. It is an essential measure to restore rule of law and democracy and to normalize the country.

Therefore, we urge the dismissal of President Yoon Suk Yeol. This goes beyond just punishment for one person, and it contains our will to protect the law and the constitution. It is the right and duty of the people to protect democracy and the rule of law, and anyone who threatens it can never be tolerated. Through the dismissal of President Yoon Suk Yeol, we must be able to restore the rule of law and democracy once again.
