지도자는 효과적으로 소통할 수 있어야 한다. 명확하고 이해하기 쉬운 방식으로 정보를 전달하고 팀원들의 의견을 듣는 것이 중요하다.

지도자는 일에 대한 열정과 헌신을 보여야 한다. 열정은 팀원들을 동기부여하고 효과적인 결과를 이루는데 중요한 역할을 한다.
