With the vision of 'Nutrients You Want to Stay and Come Again' as my vision, I am walking step by step along that path. The most notable change is the eco-town creation project centered on the 'Nutrient Birch Forest'. 12.6 billion won is invested to build a complex infrastructure of 30,000㎡, which includes accommodation buildings and multipurpose facilities. This place goes beyond just a space of rest and gives new meaning to those who want to meet nature.

Also, the road to the birch forest is no longer an unknown road. An improved access road, mountain village office, wood stay, and forest camping site by investing 5 billion won will be another attraction point here. The effects of all these changes will go beyond just convenient tourism infrastructure, and will also lead to job creation in the region, giving a breathing room to the local economy.

However, the charm of nutrition does not end there. Through the 'Story of Stars, Nutrition' project, Yeongyang-gun has made the night sky the theme of ecotourism. Utilizing specialized ecological resources such as the International Night Sky Protection Park and fireflies, travelers can experience true healing under the starlight. Digital planetarium, a space where you can experience the mysteries of the universe and relax in the star garden, makes this place special.

And the camping site to be built in Chilseong-ri, like a gift from nature, prepares glamping, caravan, and auto camping sites with forests and rivers in the background. Here, the traveler will experience a living trip as part of nature beyond simple rest. It provides a clean and safe camping site, and the whole process will become a model for sustainable tourism.

Oh Do-chang, the head of Yeongyang-gun, left a confident statement about all these changes. "We will continue to develop competitive tourism contents unique to Yeongyang-gun and expand the scope of ecotourism." In 2025, Yeongyang-gun is ready to rewrite the tourism paradigm. Yeongyang is doing its best to prepare for those who visit there so that they can fully experience living nature.

또한, 자작나무숲에 이르는 길은 더 이상 미지의 길이 아니다. 50억 원을 투자해 개선된 진입로와 산촌 오피스, 우드스테이, 숲캠핑장이 이곳의 또 다른 매력 포인트가 될 것이다. 이 모든 변화가 가져올 효과는 단지 편리한 관광 인프라를 넘어서, 지역 내 일자리 창출로 이어져 지역 경제에도 숨통을 틔울 것이다.

하지만 영양의 매력은 여기서 끝나지 않는다. ‘별의별 이야기, 영양’ 사업을 통해 영양군은 밤하늘을 생태관광의 주제로 삼았다. 국제밤하늘 보호공원과 반딧불이 등 특화된 생태자원을 활용하여, 별빛 아래에서 여행자들이 진정한 힐링을 경험할 수 있도록 한다. 디지털 천체투영관, 오로라돔에서 우주의 신비를 체험하고, 별의 정원에서 휴식을 취할 수 있는 공간은 이곳을 특별하게 만든다.

그리고 칠성리에 조성될 캠핑장은 자연의 선물처럼 숲과 하천을 배경으로, 글램핑과 카라반, 오토캠핑장을 준비하고 있다. 이곳에서 여행자는 단순한 쉼을 넘어, 자연의 일부로서 살아있는 여행을 경험할 것이다. 청결하고 안전한 캠핑장을 제공하며, 이 모든 과정은 지속 가능한 관광의 모델로 자리잡을 것이다.

오도창 영양군수는 이 모든 변화에 대해 확신에 찬 말을 남겼다. “영양군만의 경쟁력 있는 관광 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 개발하고, 생태관광의 영역을 확장해 나갈 것이다.” 2025년, 영양군은 관광의 패러다임을 새롭게 쓸 준비를 마쳤다. 그곳을 찾는 이들이 살아있는 자연을 온전히 경험할 수 있도록, 영양은 최선을 다해 준비하고 있다.
