搭載新一代LLM，提高翻譯質量及準確度

採用DeepL的獨家LLM技術,與現有型號相比,英語-日語、英語-漢語(簡體)翻譯質量提高了1.7倍,英語-德語翻譯質量提高了1.4倍。 2024年盲測結果顯示，谷歌翻譯和聊天GPT-4對比，在翻譯後無需後期編輯的水平上表現更高。

引進DeepL API for Write

在現有的翻譯功能的基礎上,還增加了以AI爲基礎的語法及風格矯正功能。 用戶可以超越單純的語法矯正,提高文章表現、語調、風格等整體寫作質量。

With this update, DeepL API provides the following key features.

Improved translation quality and accuracy with next-generation LLM

DeepL's proprietary LLM technology has been applied to improve the quality of English-Japanese and English-Chinese (Simple) translations by 1.7 times and the quality of English-German translations by 1.4 times compared to existing models. The results of the 2024 blind test showed higher performance at a level that does not require post-translation editing compared to Google Translation and ChatGPT-4.

Introduction of DeepL API for Write

In addition to the existing translation functions, AI-based grammar and style correction functions have been added. Users can improve overall writing quality, such as sentence expression, tone, and style, beyond simple grammar correction.

DeepL API is currently being used by various global companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Weglot, Panasonic Connect, 24 Translate, and Alza. In particular, companies are automating translation and content localization by directly integrating them into various applications such as websites, e-commerce platforms, and email workflows through DeepL API.

Jakub Kalina, general manager of localization at Czech e-commerce company Alja, said, "Since the introduction of the DeepL API, work efficiency has improved significantly and operating costs have been reduced," adding, "It is an essential tool to expand the e-commerce business to the global market."

Currently, DeepL API supports English, Korean, Japanese, German, and Chinese (simplified) translations, and the supported language will be expanded in the future. API Pro users comply with enterprise-level security and compliance standards, and the translated data is not used to train models.
